All deliverables provided as part of the Proposed Styling Concept are conceptual and intended for visual and stylistic inspiration only. Designs are not to scale, and should not be used as construction plans.
2. No On-Site Services
This service is 100% virtual. PCI will not visit your home or perform physical measurements. Clients are responsible for submitting accurate room dimensions and clear photos.
3. Product Availability & Quality Disclaimer
Shopping list items are curated by style and function but are sold by third-party retailers. PCI makes no guarantees regarding availability, pricing, lead time, or quality of these items.
4. No Warranties or Guarantees
The conceptual design does not come with any warranties or guarantees regarding final room results, item fit, satisfaction, or performance.
5. Intellectual Property
All design deliverables (including moodboards, renderings, and product lists) are the intellectual property of PCI. These materials may not be copied, shared, reproduced, or resold without PCI's written consent.
6. Refund Policy
This service is final sale and non-refundable due to its customized and digital nature.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are required to submit accurate room dimensions, well-lit photos, and complete the design questionnaire upon purchase. Incomplete or inaccurate information may delay delivery or impact final results.
8. Delivery Timeline
Designs will be delivered within 3 business days after all required information has been received by PCI. Delays due to incomplete forms or missing info are the responsibility of the client.
